Making sure people love your CMS solution

For a CMS implementation to be successful, it is crucial that the system is user-friendly. There are a couple of arguments that support this statement. A CMS is often maintained by a large group of decentralized content owners, often lacking the time to spend on it and most important lacking the experience to use complex and technical authoring tools. They will need a clear, intuitive and efficient user interface for editing, uploading or organizing their content. A content management system that does not meet those requirements will not be used and the content will not be updated. Consequently, the productivity of the system will get lost and the ROI of the system will be neglectable.
